Educate visitors of the new Science Museum in Miami and have some reduction in their electrical bill.
Florida is, after all, the sunshine state! The Philip and Patricia Frost Museum, as part of their educational mission, wanted to provide functional solar as a means of interpreting both solar energy specifically and renewable energy in general. We installed solar on the roof of the building that ties into the grid and provides a display of solar power generation to visitors of the museum.
Collectors: 66KW of solar consisting of donated solar panels from Jinko.
Inverters:: 3 US made 270/480VAC SMA tripower inverters.
System up and running – Mission Accomplished.
